Hey there and welcome! My LJ is Semi-Friends Only, which means that all vid, fic and icon posts and such will be public, while anything more personal will be f-locked. I've also recently started f-locking things like random picspams so that they won't show up on the flist of people who have friended me just for my fandom posts. ;) *is all about the politeness, you understand* ;)

I always love making new friends but if I don't recognize your username, I don't automatically friend back. If you'd like to be friended back, (and thus get in on those crazy random picspams, my chatty fangirly posts and those sorts of things ;) ) just leave me a comment either on this post or on one of my other public posts and let me know. ;) Otherwise, I'll assume you're not friending me to chat but just to keep up with my vid/icon/whatever posts. ;)

Because I still have a few things in progress that have been requested or otherwise promised, I wanted to sticky this here:

1. to show that I do eventually get things done that I've promised to do. ;)
2. so that if I've forgotten something, you can hopefully remind me and I'll add it in. I occasionally have memory!fail so I figured it couldn't hurt to have a way to be reminded, lol! *blush*

As of right now, I'm no longer taking new requests as much as I dearly love to do them. But the past few months of real life have been quite rough on me and I've mostly lost all inspiration for both fics and vids except for in weird, random, rather scatter-shot ways. :S And it definitely bugs me to know that I've left people hanging when I've promised to do something for them.

So, of those that are left on the lists, I'll be looking everything over with a practical eye to whether or not I can really (and sometime in the near future) manage to do them in a way that does justice to the original request. If I feel like I can't, then I'll contact you to let you know. If I don't contact you, then that means I'm going to continue to try to make some headway on your request. Cross your fingers for me and wish me luck! ;)

Hopefully there will come a point again where I one day feel confident enough to accept a request and feel like I can honestly do it. But right now... I'm just not there yet. Thanks so much for all of your patience and understanding!
