For some reason, the audio on the high quality YouTube version is seriously crunked up! :S And after how hard I wielded my magic wand of audio fixxins on it! *pouts* ;) So in this rare case, I recommend the low-quality version at YouTube or download the zShare version in all its full-sized glory. ;)

ETA: The zShare link now leads to a corrected version. Because I'm obsessive-compulsive and, while I thought I could live with the "hopefully nobody would notice but me" boo-boo I caught long after I'd rendered this, uploaded it twice, posted it here and crossposted it far and wide across teh Interwebs ;) as it turns out, no, it was bugging the life out of me! ;) So I fixed it (along with 2 friends it turned out to unexpectedly have o_O ;) ) and have swapped out the zShare link for the new one. However, I've opted for now to not replace the YouTube one because it's not quite as noticeable in its pixilated state (she hopes ;) ) and I don't want to lose the comments I've got there. V/N: This can be viewed as either shippy or non-shippy, in my opinion, because I think whether you see them as strictly platonic friends or view them through shippy-goggles, ;) I don't think there's any denying that they love each other or that her loss has cut him deeply.

Made up for the tightly wrought ball of angst that was the rest, actually. ;) Wet!Doctor gets me every time, I swear. As if it's not enough to make him miserable, he has to be drenched as well! ^^ DANG YOU RTD! :D

A gorgeous, sad and sweet video. It was nice to find a shippy video that just fit them so nicely. Great choice of song too. I've only caught a few DW fan vids, but this is the first one I've seen that had a song that I thought really worked.

Oooo, I wish I could hear the podcasts (almost all of the stuff on the BBC site -- if that's where it's coming from ;) -- is blocked because I'm in the US :( ). Anyway, that's very cool to know that they were going to have her recognize the TARDIS sound! (Of course then they probably would've implied that she died or something so maybe that was better that they left it out, considering how they were really going for the tragic angst at the end there... O_O ;) )

Anyway, thanks also for adding me. :D It's a pretty good guarantee that I'll have more vids coming along in the future! ;) (If you ever want to be added back, just let me know, otherwise I'll spare you my chatty flocked ramblings, lol! ;) )

Desperately gorgeous ais. I made me so sad to remember and see them together but I'm coping with the one single fact that one day, one day - they WILL find each other again *sigh* perfection in a box, wish I could say just how much I loved it and that song was just so them. Awwww, thanks so much, hon! *squishes you* I don't think I'll ever give up hope that they won't one day give us some better resolution than JE for Donna's story! I hope that The Powers That Be have noticed how pretty much the entire fandom was Not Happy with that and will do something to maybe tidy that up at some point in the future! But if not, then at least we have things like fics and vids to try and fix things ourselves, huh? ;) And that was what I really wanted to try and do! (I've never attempted a fix-it vid before so just had my fingers crossed that it would make sense! ;) )

Oh, and I forgot to say that the part where they're sitting on the roof and she sings 'I don't want this...but I forgot' totally had me tearing up the first time I watched it. I don't know if that's a compliment, but it's rare that I get teary. :D

Aw, I'm sooooo glad you liked it! I just totally fell in love with this song only a few days ago but didn't know if I could interpret it or not (the break-through moment that made me realize I maybe could? Figuring out the wide-shot in "Midnight" could be used as "the terminal" in the lyrics [where "she sleeps on my shoulder"] ;) ).

I really wanted to put a "good" but I was so afraid it wouldn't make sense. o_O Whew, I'm so glad that it does! :D Thanks bunches! *starts fangirl merry-go-round* Wheeeeeeeeee!

I kinda borrowed fix-it vid from fix-it fics, which is a term that popped up after the finale the other day where a veritable flood of fics came out with the intention of "fixing" any of a number of things that people were upset about, one of them, of course being the way Donna's story ended. So I figured since I was trying to fix the end of it as well, then this qualified as a fix-it vid, lol! ;)

Ais. You already know as I said on LVI how much I love this masterpiece. Just lovely, lovely work. I miss my dear Donna..and the precious relationship between Ten and Donna that felt like it ended so suddenly..

The song you used was soooo gorgeous..that also added to the joyous memories of clips you used of Donna/Ten that made me teary..

Some of my favorite parts were..the beginning with the tardis "It's so beautiful here, she says.." so simple yet perfect. Also my ultimate favorite part, was your awesome beat use with the piano at "and she dreams through the noise." "Then words are like rain" When Donna disapears..that was so wonderful. I;ve always wanted to have disapearing in my vid, but I've always been scared to do it because of how hard it is to do it..but in your previous vid "Almost Lover" with Nine disapearing was beautiful Wish I could do that!

Sorry I went koo-koo crazy with this uber long comment, but I LOVE Donna and Ten now like extremely. Please make more Donna-Ten vids =D

I so very much appreciate all your kind words and your awesomely detailed comment (both here and at LVI - which I haven't forgotten to reply to, I just haven't gotten to it on my to-do list yet, lol! ;) )!

You know, the beginning with the TARDIS and that opening line was actually one of the very last things I put in. I'd been trying to figure out what could go there then I remembered that beautiful shot of the TARDIS in the Medusa Cascade and that finally clicked in my head. I'm so glad that it worked for you as well! :D It's always such a relief to hear that something came across the way I hoped it would! ;)

You know, the disappearing thing in and of itself really isn't hard once you find the secret, which is all in finding a good "clean" background without that person in it. ;) In this case, I took Donna from the end of "Runaway Bride" and cookie-cuttered her over the shot of the rain (which I pulled in on so you didn't see the Doctor standing there while Wilf was talking to him ;) ), then it was just a matter of doing a long, soft fade at the end on Donna so she seemed to disappear. ;)

"Almost Lover"'s shot was a little more tricky because I wanted Nine to fade out but not Rose so I used a still shot of the background without him in it and had to keyframe the cookie cutter so it moved with him without taking out Rose as well! ;)

Oh, love. That was beautiful.

I just love Vienna Teng so much (we definitely seem to share a similar taste in music) - I've been listening to her and not much else for months now and even saw her in concert in May, which was even more breathtaking than I expected it to be. And then of course, I'm working on my own EPIC D/R VID that is set to a song of hers. So seeing you used her music made me squee anyway, and you've set the tone so, so perfectly. Every little scene just works! And then you even gave us a happy ending. Just... thank you. ♥

Oh, that's SO true! Either one of them would've been a sad, angsty end to this series but both of them together is just beyond cruel! To him and to the fans. :(

I mean, I get that Billie wasn't coming back and Catherine was leaving but still! Did we have to have them ripped away in as painful manner as possible? :S
